A Roller coaster week of emotions

Less than a month ago Grammies Birthday Party--there was lots of kisses and hugs that day for Grammy!
One of two picture I will treasure of Barb holding Kenady

The 2nd of Barb holding Klark--so glad my kids got to meet her!

This past Monday Grammie lost her battle to cancer. Fortunately, we were able to say our goodbyes to her and let her know how much we loved her. Sunday when we with her Nick said she opened her eyes when Klarky gave her a kiss. I have a feeling she was happy to see her grandbabies. Her eyes always lit up when her grandkids were around. I'm glad I got the chance to meet her and be a part of her life. I also hope that when Nick's and I parents get in a state where they can no longer take care of theirselves, I hope Nick and I can take as good as care of them as Glenda did for her mom. I admire Glenda for all the things she does for people in need. Thursday we will have the visitation and Friday will be the funeral where Nick and his cousins will be pallbearers and the great grand kids will give the gifts. As sad as I am to see Barb go I know she is in a better place.

On the other end of the spectrum I am waiting in the hospital for my sister-in-law to give birth to my new niece or nephew. I am so excited to be an aunt again and hold a sweet little baby. Hopefully soon I will be able to post some pictures of my beautiful little niece or nephew!
